(No place to put this directly under the video, so, sorry, if the words are clumped, but I thought I'd give critics a chance to see the words.) Emerging from their Texan home The Admirals set sail north. Nettle tacking they roam Egg laying, they burst forth. Orange and black flitter through, Fragrant nectar calling Buddleias comes in view Tiny flower crawling. Proboscis inserts deep inside Gluttony requires. Flutter energy it provides, Northbound they aspire. But why fly over pavement? Why through smoggy haze? Rusted poles a God send? Rowhome cluttered maze. Flitter over ginkgo trees Cars go whizzing by Pass electric lines with ease A flicker in dismal sky. Chain link fence keep all out Cat's hunt for small prey Nothing stops your northward route Except for one bush, you'll stay. Intoxicating perfume A purple bull's eye game. Bundled flowers bloom. Butterfly bush, by name. An oasis in your migration My little garden dwells, Crossing this mass nation, A butterfly hotel. Whetstone

The Surreal Circus.
But unable to do videos the traditional way, means I dabble with still photos and poems.
Then again, I never thought searches don't automatically include videos. Now that I'm thinking that over, I'm pretty sure that part is right. lol
Glad you found it. ;)
I was so in hopes of hearing your voice though. :)
Hubby took the video. He was sitting in his chair in the garden and had already brought out the camera to take photos. The butterfly bush is right next to his chair, so the only problem he had was aiming it without looking into it. (Probably why the butterfly was in the upper left hand corner most of the time. lol)
Butterflies are much easier to catch on video when they come toward you and don't notice you're even there. ;)
If you do see it, those are all photos and video of our backyard - minus one Walt Whitman Bridge. (That bridge photo is public domain from Wiki.)
