Do you remember a time in your young life when something happened that changed your life forever? Maybe it was a death of a pet, or a family member, or it was adjusting to a new school. Whatever it was, it could be called a life changing event. For me, the death of my Grandmother, and dealing with a sexual assult all at the age of six. It's important to heal and not allow ourselves to become victims, when we do, we become stuck, and don't allow ourselves the growth that we need.
