Sunday Writing Essential (SunWe, 03/30/14, April Fools)
April Fool’s Day is almost upon us, so this time around we’ll be doing a celebration of pranks, jokes, and humour. And you’ll have an extended time limit, because I won’t be posting for the next week or two, as I need to concentrate on finishing the first draft of my new book.
Write a story, or a poem about a prank, something silly or foolish, or a humorous situation. Or you can tell me a joke.
The List of Things to Do:
- Add this Challenge Statement to the post: Write a story, or a poem about a prank, something silly or foolish, or a humorous situation. Or you can tell me a joke.
- Put (SunWe, 03/30/14, April Fools) in your post title.
- Be sure to tag your post with SunWE, Gather Writing Essential, and April Fools.
- Then post it to Gather Writing Essential. You can also comment below with the link to your post to ensure I find it.
There is also a limit of three submissions from each member per day which you can follow or ignore at your discretion.
Also, if you would like me to critique your response, feel free to request it at the end of your post, otherwise I will simply leave a comment.
And here are the posts I found for last week’s “Be Free” challenge:
