Have you ever had one of those day's everything that can go wrong does so? Of course you have, we all have. In stead of screaming, or punching a wall, I meditate.
I have been taught to go into a quiet space, close my eyes and go to that happy place. Even if I just have a five minute break to do so,doing this is supose to work.
Now I live where I can scream and no one would be the wiser and sometimes I do,but it does scare the dog,so I don't do that to often!
Unfortunatly life still goes on about you and the problem your dealing with doesn't just go away because you will it to.
I can become peaceful and calm just to go out and find the problem still needs to be solved, and I am just lacking the time I spent in my happy place to get it done.
this week I want you to describe your perfect happy space in either prose or poetry.I want to be able to close my eyes after I read it and see it in my mind.
put this challenge statement at the beginning or end of your submission so readers will know what you’re supposed to do.
write a discriptive view of the perfect (to you) place. wether it is a cool stream or a noisy football game is your choice. This is where you can go mentaly to let the world go away,at least for the time you have to go there.
