I spent a great deal of time proliferating and pondering for this challenge. At first I considered word usage, but that gave me a brain springhalt and when I later learned one cannot happen in the brain, I though of cats. BTW, there is no connection with cats and springhalts, except when cats have them.
I love cats. All cats, except perhaps for a few -- like the mountain lion. I still like her, but I gave her what for when she bit me.
Guess what? Wednesday's GWE challenge is to post stories, picture essays, peoms and anything else you wish so long as it has to do with cats.
The Rules:
Keep in mind, this is a monitored group and there are only a couple of rules, which are:
Make sure you put this (WWE, 3/13/13, Cats) in your title.
Be sure to tag it with WWE, Gather Writing Essentials, Cats. Post to Gather Writing Essential.
I ask that you make your submission(s) by next Tuesday afternoon.
There is a limit of three submissions from each member per day. If you’re extremely prolific, spread out your work and post only three submissions per day.
Most important:
Put this challenge statement at the beginning or end of your submission so readers will know what you’re supposed to do and won’t think you’re crazy.
Challenge: Post stories, picture essays, peoms and anything else you wish so long as it has to do with cats.

I figured you'd be the one to catch that. In fact, I had you in mind. You are so much fun.
Okay, now you've sent me to the dictionary looking for "springhalts". It is a word I LIKE and will try to think of a way to use it soon. Imagine the doctor's face when I tell her about my new condition!
Oh, if you can get a picture of your doctor's face, would you post it?
Thank you for sharing and submitting to The Surreal Circus.
Then I heard the growl
Fur was flying
I'm not lying
Who won the match
Of course, it was the cat.

Best luck with your sales tomorrow!!
I'm thinking a springhalt is akin to spring fever, perhaps a symptom of it. Me? I get brain fog and farts.
I love you too, Tan. Hope the fog lifts.
