FWE romance sept 14

My first crush was David Cassidy when I was six. We had a standing date every Monday night for the years he was on the PARTRIDGE family. When that was over I dumped him for THE FONZ. Hey, what can I say. I then moved on to SHAUN CASSIDY  and PARKER STEVENSON.  I graduated to boys my own age and macked Peter Strysio in grade eight. That kiss surprised both of us. My first date was in grade nine. Not very impressive as he was using me to make my friend Stacie jealous.  I later found out he was sort of high at the time. Needless to say I kicked him to the  curb.

I made the mistake of crushing on my best male friend Donald. That nearly killed the friendship but we managed to make up minus the kissing. Later on he came out of the closet anyway. We are still friends and yes he's still gay.

I met the father of my only child when I was fifteen. It was on again off again for years while we dated other people. We reconnected when I was twenty three. We were married when I was twenty-five and parents when I turned twenty-six.

We had our ups and downs over the course of nine years and decided it was in everyone's best interest to call it quits.

I had custody of our eight year old and moved up to Peterborough, where I still lived. My ex-dated and married a lady from Wisconsin.

I met my current hubby in 2000 and we started dating in 2001. It was an office romance at first as we worked in the same department until he transferred to another program.  After dating for two years we married in 2003.

Still very happy after nine years and hope to have many more in matching velour sweatsuits racing our wheelchairs down the hall.  Right now I have the biggest crush on the cutest two year old I know; my grandson Izak.
