Softy Noo

Dum dee do

I love you.

When I’m blue

He’s the clue

He’ll end the gloom:

The blackest doom

His happy broom

Will sweep away

All the day

Keep at bay

Sway by sway.

My super clever pet

Will never fret

Or need a vet,yet

I’ll always get

With no sweat

A peck on the cheek

When love I seek.

I've never tried this form although I've looked at it for years. I imagined mine would be dopey. :-) I am at odds with being humorous. But you're not, Irina!

I enjoyed your tumbling/skeltonic verse. I especially liked the line where you had a double-rhyme of vet, yet.
