Michael Vick Eagles quarterback was injured in a Thursday night preseason opener. Vick left in the 2nd quarter after he had hit his right thumb against the centers helmet. Michael has received X-rays however there is no information as of yet of how serious the injury will be. This could be a big loss for a preseason game. Mike Kafka was the back up quarter and he did not preform up to expectations. Losing Michael Vick could set the Eagles back again after having 8-8 in the 2011 season.
