My mother is frying onions and steak oh my. She even made gravy for the mashed potatoes, and put them all on my plate with loving care. She put the steak on my plate last and smothered it with onions. My mouth was watering and couldn't wait to sink my teeth into that awesome steak. We all sat down to dinner and my father started to eat, my mother was watching and I didn't know why, but I began to eat anyways.
Guess what? It wasn't steak it was liver, which explains the onions. I spent much of my child hood eating liver although it never did help my medical problems out. Did I love it? No I did not but I ate it because it was better then peas anyday. Do I eat liver now? No I do not, and I don't wish to either. Peas have become my new favorite over liver.
