Yes I took a break, focused more on the 'I AM' and what I want to push myself towards and what I hope to share as I go along with my focus.
I hope this post explains my absence and why we all need to take a break.  There are times that you share and give your all but you feel depleted from the process.  That was starting for me, no that is what happened to me.  The 'I AM' became overwhelmed and honestly I am grateful to have noticed that
I practice the spoken gratitude each morning. Â Thats what I share with you. Â My smile I like to share through my day and share actions that back up that truly I enjoy life and what we each can give to brighten another persons day.

A kind word
A random act of kindness
A sincere touch or gentle expression that we all matter in this world.

Yesterday I went shopping for groceries. A lady had a beautiful baby girl on her cart. For some reason, the little Princess smiled at me. Her mommy moved the cart about three feet in order to buy something else. Then the little girl turned around and smiled at me again.
I told her mom that those two lovely smiles really made my day and that I was so grateful.
But then, who wouldn't be thrilled at having a beautiful baby girl smile at them? I can still see her lovely face in my mind. Ah, little girls are so precious!
