Pansies – A Triolet for Mindful Poetry Contest: April 26, 2012

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I planted pansies yellow and blue

Those two colours go well together

Mixed on the palette, green is the hue

I planted pansies yellow and blue

Could I paint them to look true?

A bunch of them I’ll gather

I planted pansies yellow and blue

My paintbrush will be a feather

Having green fingers is a must for some though having words with plants is something else - nicely coloured
