After This...
I really should walk to clear my head
A mere mile or two would do the trick
but I sit at my computer - check my mail instead
when I’m done, I’ll walk - I’ll walk double-quick
well, now, what’s that there – wait - *double-click*
I’ll just check this out – really - then I’ll go
Whoa, Nellie, look at this...this is really slick
I should go walk now – well, I just don’t know
got to get in shape - halt this mid-life spread
hit the “Rocky Road†then walk on up to bed

~I'm with you. I don't keep ice cream or cookies in the house because they are irresistible to me at bed time.
