"Right On!" Mike -- Yes, what the post attempts to "conceptually triangulate" is the "One, Common, Dimensionless, Still Point" of Absolute Awareness at the Heart of All Being or Existence; A "Zero Point" that is both Centrally Present (Re: "Be Still and Now that I Am God") and Infinitely Expandable [Re: "If Thy Eye Be Single, Thy Body Will Be Full of (the) Light (of Awareness)]; and, as such, an "Alpha-Omega Point" that is simultaneously able to "Embrace the Infinite Totality of All-Conscious Existence,"  while still remaining Aware of that Self-Same, Central Sense of "Presence, Being, Consciousness or Self-Awareness" (that is "Never Not Here") at Its All-Originating, Ever-Present ("Big Bang") Source.

Thanks Ann!  Interesting you should say that, Ann, as I have allows characterized this "Long (to the mind only) Search for Truth/God/Self" (we are all, consciously or unconsciously, in different "ways, shapes and forms," about) as a "Seeking of the Common Thread (or Demoninator) in  (or at) the Heart of All Being, Consciousness or Existence (which would, of course, include any and all enduring "philosophies, theologies or metaphysical systems" of thought).

Agreed, Angela, though I am inclined to turn your lovely sentiment "inside out" and say That It Is the "Core" (or "Still Point One," at the "Heart of All" that only appears to "have or hold beliefs") that Should Be The Dearest and Most Beloved of All (not as a belief, but rather as One's Own Absolute and Eternal Identity).

[Rich Note: This "Whole Center" characterization, concept, idea, or "non-dual pointer" came courtesy of Bill Samuel in the following quote from "A Guide to Awareness and Tranquility," Chapter XXI, "Identity Is the Center of Being":

"Words are insufficient to picture this 'Balance' adequately. The Balance, the Whole Center, is not the Isness itself, but the totality of that which Isness knows Itself to be; it is the Self, the Identity-I" (Re:the 'I' that I Am 'in Spirit and Truth,' Presence Awareness, Conscious Aliveness, the Light, Son, Child of God or Christ in All as the Holy One I Am in the Midst of Thee).

[Rich Note: As to this "re-booting"of a previous haiku based "Still Point Exploration" post -- one that concluded a "Dimensionless Mathematical Point" (Re: Absolute Singularity) would be "viscerally experienced" by a "body-mind organism" as "Sweet Simple Peace " (accompanied by a wondrous sense of "Weightless Surveillance of the Scene"); as Bill Samuel so beautifully pointed out with a joyous shout of,  "This Is It!" in a classic Wood Song Note entitled:  "The Greatest Gift of All" -- It was most likely "re-loaded" by the following Sri Nisargadatta "I Am Unborn" pointer :

1) "I am experiencing the manifest world but prior to it I experience the ‘Bindu’, the point. When I am that Bindu, everything is, the world also is..." (cont.)

[Rich Note: For those where weren't inclined to look, here are a few more "Conceptual Logs to throw in the Fire" of that "Ever Burning Bush of Conscious Aliveness" (Re: "Tree of Life") that  is the "All-Originating Divine Emanation" of the "Common Absolute Still Point at the Heart of All Conscious Being" presently being considered :

(1)  Wikipedia Definition: "Bindu (Sanskrit: बिंदु, bindu) is a Sanskrit term meaning "point" or "dot." The feminine case ending is bindi which denotes a small ornamental, devotional and/or mystical dot that is cosmetically applied or affixed to the forehead in Hinduism (Thought Bubble: 'I didn't know that')..."

(Afterthought Bubble: Given the obvious similarity of the two ritual observances, wonder if the "Ash Wednesday" Christian tradition of applying ashes to the forehead has a "common esoteric source." And, extrapolating a bit further, perhaps, the "burn ashes" symbolically represents the "effective death of ones' carnal sense of personal self-reference" when one identifies with the "Resurrection and Ascenion" of the One I AM at the "Burning Bush, Still Point Heart" of All Being.  Just a thought.)

(4) Bindu (surprise, surprise), as I recollect from some long ago study of mystical symbology, is also the name given to the "central point or dot" that often appears in Tibetan Mandalas -- a "point" that naturally draws and centers attention both within and without.

This just called to mind the following two "I AM Religious Activity" affirmation/adorations (May they serve the purpose they were called forth to fulfill):

"O Blessed Flame of Divine Love, I Am Thy Pure Presence Forever!"***

"Because I Am Thee and Thou Art Me, I Am Protected, Illumined, Supplied and Free!"

[Rich Not: One's  Heartfelt Sense of "I Amness" and Simultaneous Awareness (or Knowledge) of Being Originates from  a Bindu (Not Dual) Absolute Still Point at which a Divine Potential for Motion (and Being) is Actualized (Re: first comes into Conscious Existence)- - a Common Point of Origin (or "Absolute Quantum Singularity") that Sri Nisargadatta (in a book titled: "The Nectar of the Lord's Feet") poetically  characterized as "The Lord's Feet" (Re: Point where Locomotion and "Zero-One Duality originates); with "I Amness" (Divine Self-Awareness or Consciousness) Being the "Nectar" That arises from a wedding of "Absolute Stillness with Infinite Motion" -- the exact same utterly simple "0-1 Principle" that computer "generated virtual realities" are born of. ]

(Yes, "Absolute Father" (0-Still Awareness);  "Infinite Mother" (1- Vibrant Awareness or Conscious, Intelligent Energy or Quantum Light); and "Universal Child" (0/1 - Centrally Oriented, Self-Awareness as All-Inclusive, All-Embracing Consciousness of Being) is the both the "Open Secret of the Trinity and Everything Else").]
