Cleaning up the book shelf (Friday Writing Essential CUOW)

Speaking of cleaning up our writing, I decided to clean up our book shelf that is downstairs. Boy did I get a surprise!!! I was going along good until I found something that was all shriveled up and dried. I didn't know what it was so I tossed it at my daughter Dennise. She picked it up and took a look at it , and guess what it was? It was a dried up piece of Sweet Pea POOP yes you read that right POOP.

At sometime Sweet Pea our ferret got on the book shelf and took a dump, which had dried up and slid behind the bookshelf. It was promptly thrown away and the area scrubbed and cleaned. We also found some legos and other small trinkets hidden in between the books. When all was said and done not only was our book shelf POOP free but also clean and tidy again. I am sure that the kids will be sure to do their part to make it just the way they like it soon enough, which is the frequently used lived in look.

Off to clean up the next area of my life.

My book shelf gets pretty messy but my daughters is worse I am cleaning that every couple of days.

that is one of theirs they have a huge one down stairs and a big one upstairs, hard covers downstairs, soft covers upstairs

Haha! Ferrets are bad about going in out of the way places. It could have been worse though. I moved into a house once and found a dried up mouse under the bathroom sink!
