Soft shades of fall;
Cat toes fresh-painted wall
With tender claw
All black and orange; thought
It would look lighter, still
My husband fingers paint
Not dry; I knee the cat,
Will it to freedom, trill!
Before its fur gets wet;
Soft-shaded fur
Falls black and orange gently
Knuckling me.

Thanks for posting to Colors Colors Colors and the theme ORANGE and BLACK
I thought that particular prompt would be hard to do...so kudos to you.
Thank you for handling the gwwe prompts. Some might palm this sort of challenge off, but not Sheila Deeth. She thumbs her nose at slackers and charges right in. She's a double-fisted writer, I'm sure!
