Help me pick my official author photo! PLEASE!

These are raw images, but I'm not sure which one is the best to use as my official author photo.  I'd be ever so grateful if my Gather friends would help me decide.  Which of these 7 poses is your favorite?

I'm thinking either 1 or 2 (depends on whether or not it's to be printed in black and white or color), although I do love that grin in # 6. Looks like the photographer made you laugh!

#6 looks like the "about to bust out laughing" you--and I really like it! But not as a book cover photo. ;o)
#5, the serious shot---is too serious, imho.

Looking over all the votes so far it looks like #2 is winning. ;o)

It's so nice of you to ask your fans on Gather for their opinions the way you do---you're such a sweetheart, Ja---oops! Olivia. *lol*

Of the head shots, I really like #1 because it is a beautiful pic of you. My next choice would be #2.

BTW, I personally love the look #5--you're not smiling here but your eyes are and it looks like you're about to smile. There's something that draws me... rather expressive, quizzical, look that draws one in to find out who you are.

I like #1 best, but I think the white background isn't as flattering as #2. You're eyes make #1 win, #2 is very good too, but doesn't have the same warm glow of feeling as 1.

Anyway, 1 or 2.

I'm going to be in the minority (as usual) and say #7. I like the sassy bring-it-on attitude that the pose conveys. I also like #3 - great smile.

I would say that it depends on what kind of book it is. Assuming it's mainstream, I would say 1or 2. 5 would be for serous litearary. 7 would be for sexual explicit. 6 would be for humor or children's; otherwise it's too humourous looking.

I did not view the comments so I can give my person opinion without any influence from anyone else.

I really like number 2 & 3. I think you look professional and trustworthy in both of them.

I love the last photo but it looks more "sexy" than professional.

Now I am going to go up and see what everyone else says. :)
