Dear Steph...

Having It (Cognizant Energy) is conceptual; whereas, Being It is both Prior to and Beyond Any and All Such Conception.

So the simple answer (to any apparent lack of personal energy) is, as Paul once sang in a song: "Let It Be!" LOL
